i downloaded the windows version of the client on my computer, but it doesnt open. not really a tech savvy person so im not sure what to do

there are some things we need to know:

1. is this the new workshop they released yesterday, or the "legacy download"

2. are you using windows? what version of windows do you have (windows xp, windows 7, etc)
