Make sure your graphics card's driver is well up-to-date if it is an external one, if the problem persists check that the monitor itself isn't facing some kind of weird issue
Otherwise my other recommendation would be to ensure whatever port your monitor uses is well plugged in and not loosened in any way
A computer workshop that can take a look at your equipment may be able to help more as we can't directly see how your PC actually is hardware wise
