is there any way to convert Roblox build to Brick Hill?

no, rbxm files aren't able to be put into brick-hill since they have meshes, different shapes and other things
but if you want to take the actual build itself, you could recreate it by placing bricks in the corresponding positions with the right sizes (make sure to change position a little bit to make sure it isn't messed up by brick-hill's weird position system)
