I trying to make a game using workshop, have they already anchored, or do I have to script it so the blocks are anchored.

Yep, they are all anchored by default

Bricks are always anchored at creation. Bricks can have the possibly to be simulated by physics but this feature is currently broken and is low priority for me to fix.
