they can take specials away but they don't do that

they're only removed if they were achieved through illegitimate methods (scamming, alt hoarding, chargeback, etc.)
sadly, if items are on a banned account that was banned for reasons that were not related to the items, they will stay. and even then, sometimes the specials aren't even removed from the accounts. who's specials should be taken away
short answer; yes but it's unlikely. and even then, the specials taken from the account will probably rot with the rest of the specials on the brick hill account
