Can't launch Brick-Hills

so my pc is 64-Bit which means i can launch Brickhills and it wont. it just wont. i click "download" and i downloaded it 2 TIMES and i even downloaded DirectX so i can play Brickhills but it first loads then it disappears then nothing happens. can someone help me?

no i mean when ever i try to press play then it opens the thing but it doesnt show the Application
