A few games here have minor blood particles such as some sword fighting games because the sword script that's used in those games has a setting to toggle particle effects, the particles are usually randomly colored bricks but there is a setting to set the color to red.

sepragame probably has the most "realistic" blood as the particles can splat on the floor for a extremely small amount of time. The user is however able to change the blood color with the /color command.
