You won't be able to execute code from gamemaker, since .. well It's nodejs.

A lot of progress has been made so far, I am now able to fully receive and decode packets on the server sent from the client, and I can now send packets from the server to the client that the client can understand.

The client is still limited by the client (of course), but I think I can vastly improve how fast the server sends bricks to the client along with a few other things.
