It said I need to verify I was the card holder of MY OWN DEBIT CARD, but it doesn't let me add a way to verify, it just shows the last 4 digits of a phone number, except the last 4 digits aren't mine, a parents, or anyone I know...
So, I am a bit confused.

Okay I think you did some things wrong then -- always double check for incorrect spellings or anything with typos in general.

Thanks for the answer, but I have tried many times now, it is just some mini page that opens up titled "Added Protection Against Online Fraud", and when I click verify choices it shows the last 4 digits to a phone number that I don't use, or any family members, never have had this problem when buying something, except for on Brick-Hill.
